Ø       Organized seven Cambodian National Conventions providing opportunities for the sharing and exchange of experiences and insights to over 3,000 Cambodians and friends, on issues affecting the Cambodian community development.

Ø       Published eighteen Cambodian Community Focus quarterly newsletters featuring events and stories about the striving Cambodian community.

Ø       Organized twenty leadership development and strategic planning meetings and community forums to strengthen the capacity of Cambodian individuals and organizations.

Ø       Organized two Khmer Art Festivals bringing together the many Khmer artists nationwide to showcase the traditional Khmer dance, music, crafts, and culture.

Ø       Organized the Cambodian American National Development Organization (CANDO) providing a vehicle for the transfer of skills and expertise between Cambodia during the initial stage of reconstruction.

Ø       Through the Cambodian Arts Project, conducted numerous programs to preserve, share, and enhance the rich heritage of the Cambodian performing arts, musical and dance.
